Military Handbook Concerns

Falcon:

Here’s just one paragraph explaining what a new troop proposed handbook will contain for the troops in Afghanistan.

A proposed new handbook for Americans serving in Afghanistan warns them not to speak ill about the Taliban, advocate women’s rights or criticize pedophilia, and the general in charge is not happy with it.

Now the left is trying to brainwash the soldiers as they have the school children with their politically correct hogwash.

This sounds like one of the Hawk Eye’s editorial rants right out of Obama’s playbook.  This politically correct life is nothing more than a loser proposal and in return will the Taliban treat our troops likewise or continue to behead, shoot and torture them if captured?

What a crock of crap this has to be and sounds like an attempt to make our military a bunch of people with both arms tied behind their backs rather than the current one arm.  A year or two ago they were supposed to restrict their shooting when shot at and be proper and trim liberal dunces while the Taliban were shooting at them.

I wonder if this new proposal means they are not to criticize pedophilia here in America when they come back.  What kind of a warped mind wrote this disgusting junk?  Is it just another Washington liberal bureaucrat needing to justify his or her gross salary and benefit package?

Burlington Post Office

Falcon:

The other day I had the misfortune of having to mail something larger than an envelope and was forced to go into the Burlington Post Office and wait in that eternal line at the service counter.

There is something totally wrong with the Burlington Post Office and I blame it on arrogance of the management that puts service to the customer at the lowest level possible and this has gone on for years down at our post office.

There is never enough people working the service counters in the Burlington Post Office and most people just dread having to go down there to mail anything other than a letter at the outside box.  It’s as though the customer’s time is not near as important as the management who can’t figure out why there’s a long line standing out on the floor waiting to mail something.  Why doesn’t the management of the local post office take a time study on the slow service when only one of the counters is manned while the line keeps growing?

Management of the entire Post Office Department is a mess and they are constantly being bailed out by the taxpayer for failure to break even.  This just goes to show that government just fumbles around and can never compete with the private sector in any business related venture because they have no incentive to excel or do things right because they have the taxpayer to bail them out.  Government is similar to spending eight hours a day away from home doing nothing and being overpaid to do it, sort of a retirement incubating head start experience for management.

The Burlington Post Office is West Burlington Post Office’s best advertisement.

Workers Outnumbered by Voters

Falcon:

Quote for today: “The problems we face today are there because the people who work for a living are now outnumbered by those who vote for a living.” –Anonymous

Welfare————————————-66 million non productive (no value added) All of Government———————–40 million non productive (no value added) Working People (value added)—–103 million

Just no way this can work because there are far too many people doing nothing productive to create value added commerce nor paying of taxes.

This is Obama’s plan on how the United States should be and we can thank the free loaders and government people for four more years of this mass destruction of our country from within.  With Obama in office there is just no way anything can get better for the United States.  We again elected a loser for our president and sealed our fate for many years to come.  In the mean time our tax dollars are being wasted on those that have no intentions of creating any wealth and prefer nanny government to carry them from cradle to grave.

Government employees:  How many people work for governments in the United States?
