West Burlington Senior Isaiah Trousil signs a National Letter of Intent to play football for the University of Northern Iowa, a NCAA Division 1 School. Isaiah Trousil is a two-time Iowa Class 2A State Champion in the 100-meter and 200-meter dash. Vegetable oil is more likely to cause plaque build up in the brain, a known precursor to serious neurodegenerative diseases. Experts say consumers would do well to replace vegetable oils with olive, coconut, avocado or peanut oils.
